Thank you for visiting the Singapore Outdoor Adventure Education (OAE) Website (henceforth known as “Website”). By accessing and using any part of this Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. This Website is the official website of the OAE Council Singapore (“the OAE Council”).

The materials located on this Website including the statistical data, reports, charts, graphs, information and documentation (collectively “the Contents”), are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. All rights, title and interest in the Contents are owned by, licensed to or controlled by the Government of Singapore, unless otherwise stated.

Restrictions on Use of Contents

Except as otherwise provided, the Contents of this Website shall not be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed for commercial purposes, without the prior permission of the Government of Singapore or the respective originator(s) of the Contents (as the case may be). To use any parts of the Contents on this Website for commercial purposes, the user must seek permission from the Government of Singapore or the respective originator(s) of the Contents in writing, stating the Contents for use; intent of use; manner of use; time frame of use and identity of the user.
